It’s the tradition at Bitton’s fête to end with eggs being thrown, and this year is no exception.
Come to St Mary’s Church Fête at Bitton, this Saturday and take part in our egg throwing contest. The rules are simple. Throw an egg to your partner. Start close together and at each round get further apart, until the egg is thrown some distance and catching it becomes more difficult.
Think it’s easy? Just try! The winners are the pair who keep their egg whole the longest.
