This weekend, St Mary’s Church in Bitton is celebrating its Patronal Festival.
All churches have a patron saint and ours is St Mary, the mother of Jesus, whose feast or festival date falls at the beginning of September.
On Saturday 9th September 2.30pm-4.30pm
Cream teas will be served in the church in support of the Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust.
On Sunday 10th September at 10.30am
Our Patronal Festival Service, with the Scouts and the St Mary’s Minstrels.
