St Mary’s Church Fête on Saturday 2nd September 2023, raised a total of £11,148, making it the most profitable fête ever. The fête, which is held annually at the beginning of September drew a record crowd which enjoyed the first afternoon of settled warm weather after a dull and often wet summer.
