Bitton Village Residents’ Association is setting up a new Bitton community choir and is inviting people to join.
The choir will meet every Tuesday evening starting on Tuesday 4th March at 7pm, initially at Martin & Bridget Hetzel’s Barn at Church Farm, Church Road, Bitton (next to the church).
The choir came about as a result of Bridget meeting Dawn Boardman at the BVRA AGM last October and one thing led to another. The choir is being set up by Dawn Boardman, an Associate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
The choir is called THE BITTON DAWN CHORUS, will be non profit making, will hold no auditions and members will require no previous experience. There is no limit to the range of music: pop, folk, musicals and the classics. The message is “Come along and have fun, meet new friends and learn to sing in unison and in parts.
