For the past four years the church at Bitton has been supporting the Sisters of the Community of the Church in Bristol. The sisters’ community works with some of the poorest and most distressed people in the city, including the homeless. You can make a donation to the sisters directly, but they have also asked for common toiletry items that they can redistribute. They have particularly asked for: shower gel, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, shaving gel, sanitary towels, wet wipes and toothbrushes.
Items can be left in the church porch in time for the first Sunday of the month. They are then collected and taken to the sisters.

Please help. The Sisters are currently very short of funds for their essential work. You can give directly by BACS to
