Want to get involved?
We want to help you on board. There are lots of jobs that either need to be covered or where additional helpers will make all the difference. The Fête Committee is looking for helpers for the following :
- The Heavy Gang to erect and take down the tents and prepare the field.
- Greeters on the gates to sell programmes.
- Helpers to run the stalls and games (you don’t have to commit to the whole afternoon, just an hour or so is really appreciated.
- Jam makers (jars, lids and labels provided and the cost of fruit and sugars).
- Helpers with teas and cakes in the church.
The committee would also like to hear from you if you have any ideas for new stalls or games.
Just a small amount of help makes such a difference.
